At around 10:35 Coreix detected packet-loss in part of our network, this has now been resolved. Time line of the events are below.
10:35 – Packet loss identified.
10:50 – After further investigation isolated the issue to our peering1 router in London.
11:05 – Traffic re-routed around the peering1 router.
11:15 – Further investigation concludes faulty card in peering router. Maintenance work is scheduled →
