Coreix has received notification of maintenance, rerouting wavelength service between ENF and THE site from our connectivity provider.
The preventative maintenance will take place Sunday May 17th (17/05/2020) 23.00hrs to 05.00hrs GMT.
This planned maintenance will take place over a period of no more than six (6) hours, with an outage duration of no more than one (1) hour. We are taking steps to minimise the impact upon services by re-routing traffic to our secondary link via Telehouse (THE - WGC - ENF) prior to the maintenance taking place. The Coreix network between these locations will not experience an outage. But, will be at risk for up to 6 hours while the primary link between ENF-THE is down.
All other services provided will not be at risk.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but necessary maintenance is often unavoidable in the effort to be pro-active. Should you experience any difficulties in this period the Support Team will be available by emailing support@coreix.net & creating a ticket. We will update you upon completion of the task planned, marking this notification as "Resolved" on the status page.
