Maintenance will be taking place on our Direct Debit facility, in order to streamline operations. If you are currently paying by GoCardless, your mandate will be automatically moved across to GoCardless Pro. We anticipate no impact in service, but your payment method will not be displayed in Coreix Console during this time. In addition, requests to establish a new Direct Debit will not be accepted until the maintenance is complete.
