Planned Maintenance summary:

1. Rerouting wavelength service between WGC and ENF site.
2. Moving several customers links.
3. VLAN re-routing for several customers.

Detail : Rerouting wavelength service between WGC and ENF site.
Coreix has received notification of maintenance, rerouting wavelength service between WGC and ENF site from our connectivity provider (COLT). This is planned maintenance that will take place over a period of no more than seven (7) hours, an outage is not expected. We are taking steps to minimise the impact upon services by re-routing traffic to our secondary link via Telehouse (WGC - THE - ENF) prior to the maintenance taking place. The Coreix network will experience no outage. But, will be considered at risk for up to 6 hours while the primary link between ENF-WGC is down.

If you do not have the Metro Network as part of the services provided by Coreix, your solution will not be at risk as described above.


Detail: Moving several customers links.
Coreix will be moving physical circuits for several customers to an upgraded platform. This upgrade is deemed necessary to avoid future issues. Downtime is expected to be up to 30 minutes while the new circuits are enabled and tested. The customers affected by this preventative maintenance will be contact directly to discuss in finer detail.


Detail: VLAN re-routing for several customers.
Coreix will be re-routing some VLANs involving a few customers to use an upgraded route for better performance and redundancy. Downtime expected upto 5 minutes. The customers affected by this preventative maintenance will be contact directly to discuss in finer detail.


Should you not be contacted concerning the moving of Links or re-routing of VLAN's your services will not be affected as described above.
