Coreix has received notification of maintenance affecting IP Transit from Voxility via Telehouse East Data Centre.
This is planned maintenance that will take place over a period of no more than thirty (30) minutes, with an impact to service for a duration of no more than fifteen (15) minutes.
Coreix infrastructure, apart from that described above will not experience an outage and will not be at risk while the circuit described above is down.
The customers, that have services employing the IP transit described above will be contacted directly.
If you have not been contacted directly to discuss this maintenance please ignore this notification.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but necessary maintenance is often unavoidable in an effort to be proactive.
Should you experience any difficulties in this period the Support Team will be available by emailing support@coreix.net .
In the interim, we will update you upon completion of the task planned, marking this notification as "Resolved" on the status page.
