Coreix has received notification of maintenance that is service affecting at the Welwyn Garden City Data Centre by our supplier Lumen.

This is planned maintenance that will take place over a period of no more than six (6) hours, with an outage duration of no more than one hour (60 Minutes).

We are taking steps to minimise the impact upon services by re-routing traffic via alternative links, prior to the maintenance taking place. Returning the traffic to its original routing once completed.

Coreix infrastructure, apart from that described above will not experience an outage and will not be at risk while the link described above is down.

Those customers affected will be contacted directly. Should you not have services relating to this Transit Link please ignore this notification.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused, but necessary maintenance is often unavoidable in the effort to be proactive.
